Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Aalankrita Resort & Convention. By accessing our website and making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Advance Payment

• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment of the total estimated bill.
• Identification: All guests (Indian and Foreign nationals) must present valid government-approved photo ID at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as per government regulations.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Room Bookings: Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48-72 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge.
• No-Shows: In case of a no-show, the entire advance amount will be forfeited.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-in time is 02:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct & Damage

• Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the resort. Any damage to resort property, furniture, or equipment caused by the guest or their invitees will be charged to the guest's account.
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

• The resort is not responsible for the loss of valuables or cash left in the rooms. Digital safes are provided for your convenience.
• The resort will not be held liable for any unforeseen events, acts of nature, or power failures beyond our control.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, fire, floods, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Secunderabad/Hyderabad.
